The three C's – not just empty words

The three C's – not just empty words

Collaborative. Caring. Courageous. These are our values. We have a global mindset, that’s why we only use them in English. So what do we mean by these three words? They are nothing less than our guiding stars, they show us the way in everything we do, every single day.

Espen Fjeldberg, our CEO, says: “It’s important that everyone in the organization understands, accepts and respects the values we have agreed on. This helps us pull in the same direction and establish a strong, positive and united corporate culture.”

Collaborating

We help each other grow. We believe that the power of teamwork and collaboration is far stronger than what can be achieved individually. We represent diversity and a wide range of competencies and experience that we want to take full advantage of. Collaboration is necessary, we share knowledge and the customers give us important input to product development. We put personal success aside and never lose sight of the company’s goals and what is best for the customer.

Caring

People who care make people feel good, and well-being is a prerequisite for development and growth. We have a good environment when people want others to succeed and care for each other. We dare to show vulnerability, and we care about our customers and the society we live in. Also, we are responsible for taking care of ourselves, and make sure that we have a good balance between work and private life.

Courageous

Courage creates action. We dare to think big thoughts and are motivated by setting ambitious goals. We have an unshakable belief that we can achieve what we decide. And we have the power to act and the will to implement what we decide. We stretch ourselves - try new and do new. We are curious and tireless in our quest to find good solutions for our customers. We dare to try, even if we risk failing - and we strive to constantly learn and develop ourselves, our products and our services. Working in a multicultural company with a large diversity of backgrounds, perspectives and preferences requires that people are courageous enough to challenge themselves and their own views to grow both personally and professionally.
