Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are rigged for even greater international expansion, and the shareholders want to invest heavily to capitalize on our unique position. To achieve this, our CEO aims to create an ambitious, courageous and well-functioning management team, which will further develop the Legentic's existing position, and carry out an establishment in the US. A “financial superhero”, aka CFO, is integral in our growth strategy.


As our CFO, you will get an extremely important position in Legentic's further development! You become our public face towards owners and professional financial institutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Be the CEO's right hand and natural deputy

  • Lead and organize the company's finance function, with all that entails.

  • Overall responsibility for capital raising and capital strategy

  • Ongoing responsibility for budget, forecasting and cash flow

  • Establish and further develop all reporting

  • Conduct company presentations to the board, owners and potential new investors

  • Maintain the IR function, both practically and legally

  • Build, maintain and further develop relationships with the company's bank connections

  • Build a future robust capital structure, and be able to facilitate an exit plan

  • Be a driving force in terms of strategic goal management, and take responsibility for a 3-year business plan

  • Act as board secretary

  • Responsible for the company's strategy and implementation related to M&A

  • Follow-up of, and relationship building with owners, the board, partners, networks and banks


Experience and qualifications

  • Higher education at master's level within the relevant subject area

  • Several years of experience from similar work, preferably in or with companies that have

  • has been growing in an international environment.

  • Experience from dealing with financial issues

  • Very good business and financial understanding

  • Very good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

  • Preferably experience of working strategically and overall in an operational operating environment
